I can’t say enough good things about Golden Rule Brake in Coeur d’Alene! The service was excellent from start to finish, and for once, I truly felt like I wasn’t being taken advantage of by a mechanic. We went in expecting to spend around $1,200 based on what we thought the car needed, but they only recommended the services that were actually necessary. We ended up spending about half of what we anticipated! That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. To top it off, when I walked out the front doors, Tyler had already had my car started, pulled up front, and was ready for me to go. It was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how much they care about their customers. They are honestly the first mechanic I’ve been to in years where I felt completely comfortable trusting their recommendations. Honest, fair, efficient, and great customer service. I will absolutely be taking my vehicles back to Golden Rule Brake and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

Took my motorhome in for the rear brakes (Ford E350 Super Duty) they found some issues with the steering parts and alignment. They also did a safety check on suspension parts. Pretty expensive but they used high quality parts and she's running great. Excellent service with good honest work. Now we can go camping with confidence. I will use them again.

We needed brakes and waited for the new CdA location to open. We have been hearing great things about you and all the high praise you get is well deserved! Best experience we have ever had at a repair shop.
